1 Introduction

Age Verification: phl789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration
To access the full range of phl789 services, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on phl789. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. phl789 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
- KYC Verification: phl789 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions or suspension.
- Account Currency: All phl789 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
phl789 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
4 Deposits & Payment Methods
phl789 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

- PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet
- BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking
- BDO (Banco de Oro) online banking
- Metrobank online banking
- Other payment methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time
The minimum deposit amount on phl789 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on phl789 are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phl789 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phl789 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified methods at its discretion.
- Processing Times: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP Gold members receive same-day processing. VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority instant processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing enhanced verification.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds prior to meeting wagering requirements is not permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
phl789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all phl789 bonuses:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Philippine-resident players aged 21 and above.
- One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms and are calculated based on the bonus amount received.

phl789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts prior to the effective date of the change.
7 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the phl789 Platform are governed by
individual game rules accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all phl789 games:
- Random Number Generation: All phl789 slot, fishing, and virtual sports games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.

- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the phl789 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of phl789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
- Use any phl789 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
Any unauthorized use of phl789 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phl789.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl789 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or server downtime
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
- Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services
- Errors or inaccuracies in game results subsequently corrected pursuant to these Terms
phl789's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl789 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phl789's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11 Account Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your phl789 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.
- phl789-Initiated Suspension or Termination: phl789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phl789 arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting phl789 support with a written description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phl789 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
14 Changes to These Terms
phl789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phl789 will notify registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
Your continued use of the phl789 Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
